Swarm redesigned and rebuilt the website for IES, an international academic credential-evaluation service that helps foreign-educated students, immigration attorneys, and educational institutions get their transcripts and degrees evaluated. We mapped a clean application journey from homepage to submission, reorganized the site's navigation around IES's core services, and rewrote the copy so first-time visitors could understand the process at a glance. The engagement also included migrating the organization's email to Google and moving the site to new hosting for a more reliable foundation.
